Each repair order goes through a complete lifecycle: Pending → Inspecting → In Repair → Completed → Delivered. You can assign technicians, add notes, track parts used, and automatically notify customers at each stage via WhatsApp or SMS.
Yes! GsmZone integrates with the WhatsApp Business API. You can send repair updates, invoice links, appointment reminders, and custom messages directly to your customers' WhatsApp. SMS is also supported as a fallback.
Absolutely. The Inventory module tracks stock levels with part codes, quantities, reorder levels, and costs. You get low-stock alerts, can manage suppliers, and track purchase orders — all connected to your repair orders.
Setup & Deployment
Simply fill out the setup request form on our website with your business name, preferred domain, and contact details. Our team will deploy your dedicated instance within 24 hours and send you login credentials.
Yes! You can use your own domain (e.g., erp.yourdomain.com) or we can provide a gsmzone.net subdomain (e.g., yourshop.gsmzone.net). We handle the DNS configuration for you.
Each business gets its own fully dedicated instance with isolated data, custom branding, and its own domain. Your data is never shared with other businesses.
Most instances are set up and ready within 24 hours of receiving your request. Complex custom configurations may take 2-3 business days.
Pricing & Billing

Automated features like WhatsApp messages, SMS notifications, and AI diagnostics use a credit-based system. You add credits to your account and they're deducted per usage — for example, SMS at $0.05/message. Credits never expire.
