Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview

At GsmZone LLC, we strive to provide high-quality ERP solutions. Due to the digital nature of our "Pay-As-You-Go" credit system and the immediate accessibility of our automated tools, our refund policy is strictly governed by the following terms.

2. Digital Credits and Services

All purchases of credits for the GsmZone ERP platform are considered final. Once credits are added to your account's digital wallet, they represent a completed transaction for the procurement of digital usage licenses.

3. Non-Refundable Consumption

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for credits that have already been consumed. Consumption occurs when a user executes a function within the ERP, including but not limited to:

• Automated Device Diagnostics
• System Automation Tasks
• API Request Executions
• Advanced Reporting and Analytics Generation

Once a technical task is initiated and processed by our servers, the service is deemed "rendered" and the corresponding credits are non-refundable.

4. Unauthorized Use

If you believe there has been unauthorized activity on your account, you must notify us within 24 hours. GsmZone LLC will investigate the claim; however, we are not liable for credit consumption resulting from poor security practices by the user (e.g., shared passwords or exposed API keys).

5. Account Cancellation

Users may close their GsmZone ERP account at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the platform will be revoked. Any remaining unused credit balance is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by specific state or international laws.
